Building plan review

This section provides for the review and evaluation of construction documents and site inspections to ensure conformance with requirements of the state building code for buildings paid for by the state or a state agency, public school district buildings, and buildings which are licensed by other state agencies such as health care facilities or correctional facilities. The buildings are reviewed for compliance with the provisions of the Minnesota State Building Code.
